Heather and I wanted to take the time to let you know how much we enjoyed our wedding experience held in the Grandview Outdoor Ballroom.  In addition to the spectacular setting, we and our guests were very pleased with the professionalism and service provided by your staff on our very special and elegant day. Our wedding planning was made an enjoyable experience- and this was no easy task.  We were impressed with our Banquet Manager’s knowledge on everything from flowers, food, hotel information, wedding ceremony procedures and more.  All of our many questions were answered and always with a smile.  Even on our wedding day, as small obstacles presented themselves, someone was there with a smile and calm response keeping everything on track and beautiful.  Heather and I first decided to book our event at the Grandview when it was just a construction site.  We were so impressed with watching the Grandview Outdoor Ballroom come to life and could not have been happier with our decision to book with you.  Thank you so much, David and Heather
